• Additional Qualification: Certification in Arbitration or Dispute Resolution (preferred).

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Team Leader for our Arbitration team. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in handling arbitration and dispute resolution processes, with a background in engineering or technical fields. You will lead a team of professionals, manage complex arbitration cases, and provide strategic guidance in resolving disputes related to construction, engineering, or mechanical projects. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the arbitration team to effectively handle disputes and arbitration cases.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of arbitration documentation and evidence.
• Advise clients on arbitration strategies and dispute resolution methods.
• Coordinate with legal teams, clients, and external parties for case management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and arbitration protocols.
• Drive the resolution of complex technical disputes in the engineering and construction sectors.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in arbitration, dispute resolution, or legal matters in engineering or construction.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Additional certification or training in Arbitration or Dispute Resolution is a plus.
